This is the ultimate mushroom soup! Rich and velvety, it's created with an abundance of specially selected mushrooms including Porcini, renowned for its intense nutty flavour. This recipe is further enhanced with fresh Scottish double cream, mascarpone and a dash of Spanish cream sherry. Truly delicious!
