Baxters Deli Toppers - Pulled Pork Street Burrito Recipe

Difficulty: Simple


  • 2kg pork shoulder
  • 300g pork stock
Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
For BBQ sauce:
  • 300g ketchup
  • 100g brown sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp English mustard
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 200g chipotle chilli in avocado sauce*
  • 50g coriander
  • 3 x tbsp finely chopped Baxters Deli Toppers Jalapenos
*40g chipotle chilli flakes or 4 tbsp chipotle paste are good alternatives

    To Serve:

    • 8 white flour tortilla wraps
    • Green salad
    • Baxters Deli Toppers Jalapenos


      1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the rub in a bowl. Rub all over the pork.
      2. In a small sauce pan heat all the ingredients for the sauce together until sugar is dissolved (stir regularly)
      3. Place the pork in a deep ovenproof tray. Mix the pork stock with half the BBQ sauce and pour into the tray. Cover with foil and cook at 150oC for 3-4 hours
      4. To finish cover with the rest of the BBQ sauce mixture and place on the BBQ or grill. Keep turning for approximately 5 minutes until the pork has a nice sticky glaze.
      5. Shred pork using two forks to pull apart
      6. Serve in white wraps and finish with salad and plenty of spicy Baxters Deli Toppers Jalapenos
